What are the programs and how do I order from them?
These programs are available by clicking on the navigation tabs
(Classics Collection, Special Offers, Bordeaux Futures, Bin Ends, Event Tickets)
on the top of the page.
These are programs that VINTAGES created are to make available these premium products.
CLASSICS COLLECTION
The VINTAGES Classics Collection offers the highest quality in fine wines and premium
spirits from the best producers and regions in the world. For each edition, VINTAGES'
buyers seek for products that meet our rigorous standards of excellence from the
most prestigious, sought-after estates and producers in the world. This program
will be offered monthly with a special release date and time in which you may order
on a first-come first-serve basis. Some product may be limited and offered through
random selection. If this should occur, a deadline date and time for orders to be
submitted by will be publicized.
How to Order
Submit your order by clicking on the Classics Collection tab at the top of the page
and make payments online using VINTAGES SHOP ONLINE. Sign up for your VINTAGES SHOP
ONLINE account at vintagesshoponline.com.
You will need to provide your customer number, which may be obtained by calling
416-365-5900 or toll-free 1-800-668-5226. Your order will be confirmed by e-mail.
Please note: For highly limited products, we may request that orders for
these items are placed by a specified deadline date and time, which will be posted
online. Orders placed before the deadline will be randomly allocated. Otherwise,
products will be offered on a first-come first-serve basis and the ordering start
date and time will be posted online.
CLASSICS COLLECTION Order Step-By-Step
- Click on the Classics Collection tab on the top of the page.
- Select the Classics offer.
- Enter the quantity you are requesting in the box beside the items of interest.
- Click ADD TO CART.
- Click PROCEED to go to Your Shopping Cart page or click on CLOSE
WINDOW to return to shopping.

Please note: An allocated order will not require payment until the order
has been confirmed. After an allocation you will receive an e-mail confirmation
requesting store and payment information for the items allocated to your order.
A final receipt will be sent to you once the order has been picked for delivery.

for that particular Classics release. You will receive a telephone call confirming
your order.

Important Payment Information Per-Customer Limits
We strive to secure enough stock to satisfy all customer orders, but regret that
sometimes customer demand may exceed supply. In order to distribute products equitably
among customer orders, any over-sold products in this offer are subject to per-customer
limits.
Payment Note
To ensure adherence to per-customer limits and maximize distribution of limited
products to our customers, individual credit cards may only be applied to one order.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Delivery
Upon confirmation and payment of your order, please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery
to the LCBO store of your choice. A store representative will contact you when your
order is ready for pick up. Please take your final receipt as proof of purchase and valid identification to the store
upon pick up. Orders must be picked up within 21 days of notification.
BORDEAUX FUTURES
VINTAGES has a long tradition of offering the very best of each Bordeaux vintage.
We have been extremely selective in what we purchased this year and believe the
2012 Bordeaux Futures Collection presents quality and value in all categories. The
top wines are expensive and in short supply. But there is something in
our offer for everyone, including those who are participating in Futures for the
first time.
How to Order

and make payments online using VINTAGES SHOP ONLINE. Sign up for your VINTAGES SHOP

You will need to provide your customer number, which may be obtained by calling

Payment
VINTAGES requires a 25% non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of your total purchase
at the time of order placement. Payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard or American
Express. We will only process orders where complete credit card information is provided.
VINTAGES will send you a certificate of purchase as proof of payment. Please keep
this receipt for reference. The 2011 Bordeaux Futures wines are expected to begin
arriving at our warehouse in spring 2014, and will ship throughout the year as they
arrive. Bordeaux Futures 2012 are expected to begin arriving in spring 2015. You
will be invoiced for the balance of your order when the wines have arrived and are
ready to ship.
Delivery
Bordeaux Futures product will be shipped 3 years from the Vintage date being purchased.
Example, if you purchase the 2011 Vintage this product will be delivered in 2014.
VINTAGES will contact you in writing when your order is ready to ship beginning
in spring 2014. VINTAGES will ship your order, free of charge, to the LCBO or VINTAGES
store of your choice.
Please note that we do not ship outside of the province of Ontario.

EVENT TICKETS
VINTAGES hosts a variety of tasting events throughout the year, featuring famous
brands, wineries to watch and legendary winemakers. These events range from casual,
to educational, to formal, and include large walk-around tastings, structured tastings
and dinners with winemakers. Customers can buy exclusive event-only wines and spirits
on-site.
Note: The Event Tickets are not available for purchase on a Licensee account.
These tickets are not subject to licensee discounts.
How to Order
Submit your order for Event Tickets by clicking on the Event Tickets tab at the
top of the page and make payments online using VINTAGES SHOP ONLINE. Sign up for
your VINTAGES SHOP ONLINE account at vintagesshoponline.com. You will need to provide your customer
number, which may be obtained by calling 416-365-5900 or toll-free 1-800-668-5226.
A confirmation and tickets can be printed once purchased.
EVENT TICKETS Order Step-By-Step
- Click on the Event Tickets tab on the top of the page.
- Select the Event you would like to attend
- Enter the quantity of tickets you are requesting in the box
- Click on ADD TO CART.
- Click PROCEED to go to Your Shopping Cart page. You may add any additional
Special Instructions, such as dietary restrictions for a dinner event.
- Or click on CLOSE WINDOW to return to shopping.

If an event is sold out, you may choose to be added to a WAIT LIST if the event
has a wait list option. You will be notified if tickets become available.
Payment
VINTAGES will require full payment at time of ticket purchase. Tickets are non-refundable.
Print tickets
Event tickets can be printed at time of ordering. You may also print tickets by
accessing your order history and printing the tickets from the original order.
Please keep these tickets secure as we are not responsible for lost or unapproved
duplication of tickets.
BIN ENDS
What are Bin Ends?
Bin Ends are previously released products that have been discounted to clear out
remaining stock. These Items are ready to ship and require full payment at time
of ordering. These items can be viewed by clicking on the Bin Ends tab or by selecting
the Bin Ends option in the Advanced Search. There is no set schedule for products
being moved to this section. The same purchasing processes apply. Customers should
bookmark this page and check often.
MULTIPLE ORDERS
Placing Multiple Orders?
Any additional orders placed for an existing order from the same program will be
merged into one order as long as the first order placed has not already been shipped.
You may order from several programs at once. Each order will be assigned a separate
order number and may have different delivery time frames. Once orders are ready
for delivery, you will be notified.
Payment for Multiple Orders?
If placing multiple orders, you will see a breakdown of each Order Total. At the
bottom of the page, you will see a Cart Total. The Cart Total includes the amount
Payable Today from each order combined. The credit card will only need to be supplied
once, however, the system will place a charge through for each order separately.
Once payment is submitted you will see the credit card information details at the
bottom of the Order Confirmation page. This will be reflected in your credit card
statement.
Example: Order Totals for 2 orders are $65.00 and $200.00. The Cart Total will be
$265.00. This amount is payable today, and you submit the payment once. On your
credit card statement, you will see two charges for both Order Totals, not one charge
for the Cart Total.
Multiple Deliveries of an Order?
For programs, such as Bordeaux Futures, we will ship your order throughout the year
of arrival as product arrives in our warehouse. This may result in one order being
delivered in multiple stages / waves. Should this occur, each delivery will be assigned
a different order number, very similar to the order number assigned when the order
was originally placed. You will be notified when an order is ready for delivery.
