HELP - SIGN IN OR CREATE AN ACCOUNT
From the home page, click on Sign In. This web page allows
you to either sign in or create an account. You must first create an account before
you can sign in.
How do I create an account?
To create an account,
- Click on Sign In on the top right hand corner of the home page.
- Click the CREATE ACCOUNT button from the bottom
portion of the page. The New Customer Registration web page appears.
- Click on the words click here next to either
Customers or Licensee Customers.
- Enter the required data on the page. Please take
note of the asterisks (*) next to the mandatory
fields and the notes below some of the fields.
- Click the CONTINUE button.
How do I sign in to my account?
To sign in to your account,
- Click on the words SIGN IN on the top right
portion of the page.
- Enter your E-mail address and your Password
in the appropriate fields. (If you are a licensee customer enter Login ID
into the E-mail address field.)
- Click on the SIGN IN button.
- If you enter your e-mail address or password incorrectly,
after three attempts your account will be locked. Please call helloLCBO at
416-365-5900 or 1-800-668-5226 to have it unlocked.
Forgotten Password?
To obtain a new password,
- Enter your E-mail address for regular customer (optional).
- Click on the words SIGN IN on the top right portion of the page.
- Click on the words: Forgot your password?
- Enter your E-mail address, if not done in step 1.
- Click on GO.
- You will be asked to answer your secret question.
- Click on SUBMIT.
- If your question is successfully answered, a system generated password will be e-mailed to you.
Password Change
To change my password,
- Login to VINTAGES SHOP ONLINE.
- Click on PASSWORD CHANGE tab.
- Enter your current password in the Old Password field.
- Enter your new password in the New Password field.
- Re-enter your new password in the Re-enter Password field.
- Click on SUBMIT button.
Please note your password must be at least 8 characters long and is case sensitive.
Please use at least one numeric character as part of your password.
