HELP - ORDER HISTORY

The Order History web page provides you with instant access to all of your online orders that you have placed in the past.

How do I see a list of orders that have been submitted through the VINTAGES Shop Online?

1. Once you have logged on, you can view a list of all orders that have been submitted by clicking Order History on the left hand side, and then click on the VIEW ALL button.
2. If you want to view a specific order, enter an Order Number in the Order Number field. If you want to view orders submitted over a specific period of time, click on Order Date and make the date selection.
3. Click on the SUBMIT button to begin the search. All orders matching the search criteria will be displayed.

Note: For licensee customers, both main account user and sub account users can view the entire ordering history. If you do not want others to have access to your ordering history, do not include them as sub account user.

How can I see the details about the submitted order?

1. You can view details about submitted orders by clicking on the Order Number in the displayed list. This will display the order details.
2. A copy of the Order Confirmation can be printed by clicking on the PRINT CONFIRMATION button on the bottom of the page.
