What is the Shopping Cart?
The Shopping Cart is a holding place for products that you intend to buy.
On VINTAGES Shop Online, after you add a product to your cart, you can choose
to continue shopping for more products, or proceed to the checkout.
How can I see what is in my Shopping Cart?
- One way is to click on the image of the shopping cart that is found near the top
right portion of the page.
- Each time you click on ADD, you will also be directed to your Shopping
Cart by clicking on PROCEED
How can I place products in my Shopping Cart?
- To order a product in the Search Results web page, click on the product, choose
the quantity you would like to purchase, and then the ADD button located to the
right of each item. At this point, you will be taken to Your Shopping Cart, and
you must click the PROCEED Button. If you have not yet signed in, you will be directed
to the Sign In or Create Account page. After you sign in, you will then be directed
to Your Shopping Cart to enter the Store location. To proceed with the order, click
on the PROCEED button. Fill in all credit card information, Accept Terms and Conditions,
and click on the SUBMIT ORDER button.
- To add additional items to your Shopping Cart click on ADD, PROCEED
and then the CONTINUE SHOPPING button. This will take you back to the item
you just added to the cart. Please note we do not have a back button. To choose
another item use the left hand navigation to search for products by country, varietal,
program, etc. or the navigation tabs (Classics Collection, Special Offers, Bordeaux Futures, Bin Ends, Event Tickets)
on the top of the page. To remove an item from the Shopping Cart, click on the remove
item link to the right of the ORDER QTY column.
How do I change the products in my Shopping Cart?
- While viewing what is in Your Shopping Cart, you can change the order quantity for
any product by entering a new order quantity in that field. You must click on UPDATE
SHOPPING CART button for this change to be done. You can also remove products from
the Shopping Cart by clicking on the remove item link.
- After making any changes to your Shopping Cart, it is recommended to click on UPDATE
SHOPPING CART to ensure that the order generates accurate information.
How do I empty my Shopping Cart?
- If you would like to remove all the products in the Shopping Cart, you can click
on the remove item link next to each item. After your Shopping Cart has been emptied,
you can continue shopping by clicking on SEARCH (top left) or the tab headings (top
of the page).
I am ready to complete my order, what do I do?
- After reviewing the products and quantities you have in your Shopping Cart, click
on the PROCEED button. You will be directed to identify the ship-to store.
- Click PROCEED button. You will be directed to Payment and Billing information.
Important note about the Shopping Cart
- The Shopping Cart has a timeout feature of 15 minutes (see time counter top right
hand corner of each page). This means if you have started shopping, but leave VINTAGES
Shop Online inactive for 15 minutes, you will be required to log in again. Anything
that you may have put in your Shopping Cart will be emptied, if you do not remain
active within the 15 minutes. The session clock resumes when you move throughout
the various processes in the online shopping experience.
